Shipping & Returns
If a customer is not satisfied with an item that was purchased, the customer can initiate a return request within 14 days after delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot not be returned. We cannot accept return for any orders that is outside the 30-days return window after the order is delivered.
All returns must be approved by Lighting Jungle with an RGA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. Lighting Jungle will replace or refund defective product(s) at our discretion. Notification to Lighting Jungle of damaged or defective product(s) is required within 72 hours of receipt and the customer must include photographic evidence. Returns other than defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All clearance items, custom made items, or built-to-order items are not returnable and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. This includes L-type and J-type track lights as well as compact fluorescent fixtures. Product(s) that have been altered, damaged, installed, or used by the customer cannot be returned under any circumstances. All returns must be in their original packaging, in like-new condition, and with original product tags. In the event that the customer receives an incorrect or defective item, Lighting Jungle will issue a return label and send a replacement at no charge.
Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification, or been worn, the refund credit process will begin.
Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased or via check from Lightingjungle.com. Refunds via check are typically issued within 14 business days of final approval.
Items returned without the proper RGA# or sent to the wrong warehouse are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee plus original shipping charge will also be deducted. If credit is to be given, it will be by store credit only. Please read your return instructions carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.
Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.
We ship to the continental United States via UPS and FedEx. All customers must provide a non-PO box address and provide a valid phone number for shipping purposes. We will not be responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address that results in the order being delivered to the wrong address. Oversized items may require freight shipping. The customer will be notified if freight shipping is required. All freight deliveries require the customer to inspect the shipment prior to signing any freight company documentation. All freight orders to residential addresses will be delivered by appointment only. The freight company will contact the customer to schedule delivery. Therefore, a valid reachable phone number is required.
The customer is responsible to accept all deliveries. If the customer rejects a delivery without cancelling the order prior to shipping, or without prior return authorization, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for both original and return shipping. This applies to all shipping and freight carriers.
